Dennis Reese married his wife Kathy in 1989. They have two beautiful young girls. Dennis enjoys camping, surfing, hiking, biking, reading and playing games with his girls. They reside in Carlsbad.

Dennis began his career in Commercial Real Estate in 1977 in Chicago, Ill after graduating Cum-laude from Wheaton College, Wheaton, Illinois where he received his BA in Economics. In 1981, Dennis made the brilliant decision to move to San Diego, CA where he obtained his MBA in Finance from San Diego State University. In 1984, Dennis made the switch to Real Estate Lending. He has experience as a loan officer, branch manager and business owner. He has consistently been a top producing mortgage loan officer and has over 1500 satisfied clients.

Dennis has extensive knowledge of mortgage financing and is well known for his honesty, reliability and dependability. He has bought and sold his own homes. He has assisted his clients in buying and selling their homes. He has developed office buildings and apartment buildings. In other words, he has done it all. He is a licensed CA Real Estate Agent.
